Expanded Polystyrene or EPS is a lightweight and rigid type of polystyrene material. It is a cost effective solution for packaging, insulation and can be used for buoyancy if needed.

EPS is made by expanding round beads in a form, utilising heat and pressure to bind the beads together. Although each separate bead features an enclosed-cell atmosphere, there are pronounced open spaces between every bead. These beads are then molded in large and subsequently cut by hot wire.

We stock sheets of EPS in 1200 x 600mm wide in various thickness.
